📜 Terms & Conditions – IK Apparel
Welcome to IK Apparel! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any order. By working with us, you agree to the following policies that ensure a smooth and transparent process for both parties.
1. Payment Terms
- For samples or small orders, full payment in advance is required.
- For bulk orders, we require 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% before shipment once goods are ready.
- Payments are accepted via official bank transfer (bank details available upon request) or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
2. Company Policy
- All prices are quoted on an FOB (Free on Board) basis, which includes local transportation and handling costs. Customers are responsible for freight and shipping costs after the goods leave our facility.
- For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) pricing, we include all costs up to the destination port.
- According to company policy, samples are not shipped free of cost.
- Average production time is 10–15 business days, though the exact delivery time will be confirmed at order approval.
- We use only the most reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for smaller shipments below 70kg to ensure fast and secure delivery.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- All shipments are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.
- Delivery times depend on order size, customization level, and courier service.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Damages or Defects
- In the rare event that products are damaged or defective during shipment, we will replace them in your next order (shipping cost excluded).
- Evidence such as photos or videos of the damaged items must be provided within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
5. Order Cancellation & Price Adjustment
- IK Apparel reserves the right to cancel or request a price adjustment in case of extreme market fluctuations.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the agreed price will remain fixed and will not be changed.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and custom artwork provided by clients remain their intellectual property and are used strictly for production purposes.
- IK Apparel does not share, reproduce, or sell client designs without written permission.
7. Returns & Refunds
- As all orders are made-to-order and fully customized, returns and refunds are not applicable unless a genuine quality or production issue is identified.
- Our 100% Quality Guarantee ensures that every order is produced as per the approved sample before bulk production begins.
