What Happens When You Place Your Order with IK Apparel

At IK Apparel (Sialkot, Pakistan), we take pride in delivering exactly what you envision for your custom clothing line. To make sure everything goes smoothly and the final outcome meets your expectations, we need your cooperation in finalizing all project details before production begins.

Step 1: Writing Down Instructions & Order Summary

Once you share your instructions, artwork, or design ideas, our team prepares a detailed order summary of everything we’ve understood from your submission. This process usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on how clear and complete the provided information is. If we need any clarification, our team will contact you to ensure everything is perfectly aligned before moving forward.

Step 2: Sampling Process

If this is your first order, we highly recommend starting with a sample before bulk production. After you approve the order summary, we create a sample piece based on your specifications and send it to you — either physically or through high-resolution images, depending on your preference.

During the sampling process, our team keeps you fully updated and requests your approval on key details such as:

  • Print and embroidery designs
  • Label and tag layouts
  • Cutting and sewing styles

Your feedback at this stage ensures that the final bulk production matches your expectations perfectly.

Step 3: Order Summary Review & Approval

Once the order summary is ready, we’ll review it with you over a call or email. We recommend reviewing it on a computer while discussing it with our apparel consultant for better clarity. Any requested changes are updated in real time.

After your final approval, the official turnaround time begins, and we proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Bulk Production

This is the stage where you can sit back and relax while we handle the rest. Once the sample is approved, our production team starts bulk manufacturing based on your confirmed sample as the model.

The production time depends on your order quantity and the timeline quoted earlier - but rest assured, we work efficiently to deliver your order on time and to perfection.
